Yes. Every teacher at The Class goes through a thorough verification process before their first class — including CNIC verification, academic credential checks, a subject knowledge test, and a reference interview. Teachers are also required to complete our platform conduct training. We do not allow anyone to teach until every step is cleared.
No. All communication between teachers and students happens within the platform — either during the live class or through the assignment feedback tool. Private messaging between teachers and students is strictly not allowed. Any violation of this is grounds for immediate removal.
Yes, all live sessions are recorded automatically. As a parent you can access any recording through the Parent Portal under your child's profile — just select the class and date. Recordings are stored for 90 days. Students can also rewatch sessions they missed or want to revise from.
Yes. Every enrolled student attends a weekly Ethics Class. It covers Islamic values, personal conduct, honesty, and responsibility — topics relevant to students at O and A Level age. Attendance is tracked and parents are notified if their child misses a session. You can view the full curriculum before enrolling.
Contact us through WhatsApp or email and your complaint will be acknowledged the same day. We review the relevant session recording immediately. If a conduct issue is confirmed, the teacher is suspended while a full investigation takes place. We follow a zero-tolerance policy and keep you updated at every step of the process.
Absolutely. Most of our O Level students are between 13 and 16. All content, class conduct, and the Ethics curriculum are designed with that age group in mind. Parents of younger students receive the same full monitoring access — including recordings, progress reports, and absence alerts.
The Parent Portal gives you a live view of your child's attendance, assignment submissions, quiz scores, and teacher feedback — all in one place. You also receive automatic alerts if your child misses a class or falls behind on an assignment. No need to chase anyone; the dashboard keeps you informed.
Yes. Student data — including recordings, grades, and personal details — is stored securely and is never shared with any third party. Teachers can only see information relevant to their own class. Parents and authorised platform administrators are the only ones with full access to a student's profile.
Yes — we encourage it. Reach out to us on WhatsApp or email and we will arrange a trial session for the subject of your choice. You and your child can attend together to get a feel for how classes run before making any commitment.
